Iroko is a tree that is native to the west coast of Africa. It can grow up to 40 meters tall and have a 1.5 meter trunk diameter. The Iroko tree is a symbol of life, strength and stability.
Iroko is a very durable wood and is resistant to rot. It is used in boat building, traditional drums, and flooring. It is light to dark brown in color with a veined grain pattern of lighter colored wood. Because of its unique appeareance and beauiful sheen it makes for a great exotic wood ring.
